WPC-1100-FX Flexible Waterproof Polymer Cementious Coating
WPC-1100-FX waterproof system involves application of two coats of Polymer cementious coating followed by application of a sealing coat. All the coatings can be completed in a day.

Preparation and application is very simple and does not require specialized personnel.

This system is ideal for  waterproofing on a sound base. For bases which are weak and doubtful it is advisable to go in for WPC-1100 - Three layer system

APPLICATION AREAS:

  • Water tanks, aqueducts, siphons or any water retaining structures
  • RCC / tiled roofs, Sewers, basements, bathroom floors, sunken portions, kitchen sinks etc
  • RCC slabs, pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete, AC sheet roofs, parapet walls, brick & masonry works, cement plastered surfaces 
  • Protective coating on RCC and pre-stressed concrete surface in aggressive environments

WPC-1100 - 3 layer Elastomeric Cement Polymer Waterproof System
WPC-1100 - Three Layer Waterproofing system involves application of:
  • Bond Coat 
  • Polymer modified Mortar screed
  • Sealing Coat

The preparation and application is simple and any good mason can adapt this system easily.

This system is recommended for waterproofing of weak / unsound bases.

APPLICATION AREAS:

  • Water tanks, aqueducts, siphons or any water retaining structures
  • RCC / tiled roofs, sewers, basements, Lift pits, bathroom floors, sunken portions, kitchen sinks etc

Truncated Inhibited Cement Slurry Coating
During repair and rehabilitation of corrosion damaged concrete structures it is required to give a protective anticorrosive treatment coating to the reinforcement rods. For this requirement the Truncated Inhibited Cement Slurry Coating process is utilised. The indicated cement slurry coating provides a passive environment to steel surface for corrosion protection.

For RCC Structures in dry climate, Non-Agressive, Mild and Moderate Environments the truncated inhibited cement slurry coating can be used as an effective Anticorrosive treatment coating on steel reinforcement rods.

This turncated inhibited cements slurry coating is non-hazardous and easy to apply.

APPLICATION AREAS:

  • Anticorrosive Treatment coating for steel reinforcement rods used in new RCC structures situated in Dry climate, Non-agressive, Mild and moderate envirinments.
  • Protective coating on steel rebars in concrete repair works.
